This Data Business Analyst position is based in our Tulsa, OK office and is available for an immediate start in a flexible work environment. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that safeguard the integrity and usability of critical data assets across the organization. In this capacity, you will own the coordination and execution of data projects that directly influence decision-making and operational efficiency. You will act as the central connector between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes. The role requires a blend of analytical rigor and leadership to drive process improvements and maintain high standards of data quality. You will leverage your expertise to optimize workflows within Salesforce and associated data ecosystems on a national scale. Your work will result in actionable insights and clear communication of project status to all relevant parties. What you'll do
Lead cross-functional projects involving Data Management, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Plan, organize, and manage data-related projects, including data migration, cleansing, and integration initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals. Serve as the primary liaison between Data Management, IT, and business teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and implement best practices for Salesforce data governance and quality assurance. Monitor and maintain Salesforce data accuracy through routine audits, cleansing, and validation processes. Develop and deliver ad hoc reports, dashboards, and project status updates to stakeholders. Manage helpdesk requests related to data updates, record merging, and troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolution for end users. Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, timelines, and status reports. Evaluate existing data processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, reliability, and usability for end stakeholders. Support the implementation of new data standards and controls to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms. Collaborate with technical resources to resolve complex data issues and ensure that solutions meet business needs. Serve as a subject matter expert on data integrity and Salesforce functionality within the department. Assist in the development of training materials and sessions to elevate team awareness of data best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics and driving iterative enhancements to data workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience in data management and project coordination. 3-5 years of experience in data management, operations, or business analysis with demonstrated project management responsibilities. Salesforce.com is preferred but not required; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Advanced Excel skills (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, macros). Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in commercial real estate preferred but not required. Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with project management tools and methods such as Azure DevOps, Asana, Agile, or similar frameworks.
