What you'll do

Source and originate new capital opportunities, translating complex investment structures into compelling narratives for diverse investor audiences.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors, institutional investors, family offices, and strategic retail property partners.
Lead the negotiation and structuring of debt and equity placements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market realities.
Coordinate due diligence processes, providing precise data, clear documentation, and responsive support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal research and analytics teams to synthesize market trends, asset performance, and risk factors into actionable insights.
Utilize cutting-edge technology platforms and productivity tools to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and scale your sales activities.
Champion a culture of innovation, introducing new methods for market penetration, client engagement, and value creation.

Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of proven success executing investment sales transactions in retail shopping centers.
You must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset characterized by self-motivation, resilience, and an uncompromising hunger to grow your business.
You are required to maintain a strong reputation for generating new business, fostering enduring client trust, and producing repeatable, high-quality results.
You must exhibit the drive to lead market innovation, challenge conventional thinking, and elevate industry standards across the Southeast.
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship at this time.
You must commit to an on-site work arrangement in one of our Southeast offices as defined by team and client needs.
You must reside in or maintain a primary market presence in one of the following regions: Atlanta; the Carolinas - Charlotte and Raleigh; and Florida - Tampa, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach.
You must adhere to Northmarq's code of conduct, ethics policies, and compliance protocols without exception.
