Requirements
You bring three to five years consulting or analytics experience in similar roles.
You communicate clearly in Spanish and English while navigating ambiguity with calm.
You understand data pipelines, modeling basics, and implications for client decisions.
You respect deadlines and can adjust scope without sacrificing integrity or clarity.
You are comfortable working remotely across Latin American time zones.
You demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a habit of questioning surface conclusions.
You show ownership of outcomes rather than just completion of assigned tasks.
You maintain professional presence and credibility when engaging with stakeholders.

Experience working with public sector or regulated industries in Latin America.
