What you'll do
- Design end-to-end test plans for new features prior to code deployment.
- Build maintainable test frameworks and automation suites that scale under load.
- Review test artifacts and results to identify risks before users encounter them.
- Ship test coverage in alignment with releases, ensuring confidence at every stage.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define and implement quality metrics.
- Champion test observability, reduce flaky tests, and ensure clear incident reporting.
- Automate regression suites that run efficiently and provide quick feedback.
- Guide teammates on testing best practices through code reviews and shared standards.
- Analyze production monitoring and test data to drive improvements in test coverage.
- Collaborate with developers to create testable designs and improve system reliability.
- Maintain documentation for testing processes, strategies, and automation roadmaps.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience writing and maintaining automated tests in production environments.
- Comfort working with web applications, APIs, and modern testing tools.
- Ability to read code, understand system designs, and translate them into test strategies.
- Clear communication skills in English, both in writing and during discussions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to break down complex features into testable conditions.
- Proven experience working in a version-controlled environment using Git workflows.
- Understanding of software development practices and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving product requirements.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based test environments.
