What you'll do

Explore diverse technical challenges that require you to switch between Python, Node.js, C#, and React ecosystems on a daily basis.

Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs that power our digital solutions for demanding clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that adheres to our engineering standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot production issues and work alongside our support teams to resolve client incidents efficiently.

Requirements

You must possess a strong background in either Python or Node.js development, with proven experience building production-grade applications.

Demonstrate solid understanding of C# and .NET ecosystems, including experience with ASP.NET or related frameworks.

Show proficiency in React and modern frontend development practices, including state management and component design.

Have experience working with databases, both relational and NoSQL, and understand data modeling concepts.

Be comfortable working in a remote-first environment where clear communication and async collaboration are essential.

Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues across multiple technology stacks.

Show commitment to clean code, testing, and version control best practices such as Git workflows.

Have experience collaborating within agile teams using Scrum or similar methodologies.
