What you'll do

• Design and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define project requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application capabilities and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve our development processes and tools.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise and guiding them in their professional growth.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Document technical specifications, architecture, and processes to maintain clear communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Engage in user testing and gather feedback to iterate on features and improve overall user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance application reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong experience with back-end technologies, including Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java, and familiarity with frameworks such as Express or Django.
• Solid understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and experience deploying applications in these environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for learning and staying current with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Knowledge of mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Experience in developing microservices architectures and serverless applications.
• Understanding of security best practices in web application development.
