What you'll do

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience across various platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and reliability before deployment.
• Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application capabilities.
• Manage database design and optimization, ensuring data integrity and security across all applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and tools.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and uptime.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications, addressing issues as they arise.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth through guidance and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Solid experience with back-end technologies, including Node.js, Python, or Java, and familiarity with server-side frameworks.
• Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience in developing mobile applications or knowledge of mobile development frameworks.
• Understanding of security best practices in web development.
