What you'll do

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, while continuously monitoring progress against these plans.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
