About the role
Marketing Events & Campaigns Specialist
You will architect and execute B2B initiatives from first contact to final billing. In this capacity, you own complex event lifecycles and operational clarity. You translate ambiguous requests into ordered workflows that revenue teams can trust. This position requires self-driven ownership and precise follow-through on commercial outcomes. The role focuses on events logistics and delivery, lead qualification workflows, and marketing operations. You will directly contribute to pipeline creation and acceleration. You are expected to hit the ground running, proactively drive work streams end-to-end, and bring energy and momentum to the team.
Key Responsibilities
You will design intake structures that capture event objectives and stakeholder expectations before any work begins. You will build event frameworks and campaign assets that align with target accounts and regional market requirements. You will review performance baselines and adjust tactics to improve lead flow and opportunity velocity. You will ship activation plans that coordinate venues, vendors, and content so programs launch on schedule. You will partner with revenue and product teams to ensure each initiative ladders up to strategic business goals. You will orchestrate logistics for live sessions, ensuring attendee experience supports conversion and retention metrics. You will map lead qualification sequences so marketing qualified opportunities move efficiently through sales funnels. You will manage operational health, tracking budgets, vendors, and purchase orders without slowing execution momentum.

Requirements
You must hold at least three years of experience running B2B events and campaigns in a growth environment. You need proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities while maintaining meticulous documentation. You should understand how to coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and accurate billing. You must be fluent in tools that support marketing operations and event execution workflows.

Experience with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or UATP card programs within payment or fintech contexts.
