About the role

In this Fleet Assistant position based in Gelang Patah, you will serve as a critical support pillar for our logistics operations in the region. You will work in close collaboration with the Station Head to uphold the highest standards of efficiency and meticulous organization within our daily parcel handling and delivery workflows. This role demands a proactive mindset as you take ownership of organizing driver routes using both manual planning and zonal routing methodologies. You will be instrumental in ensuring that every parcel moves through the station seamlessly and reaches its destination without delay or disruption. Your responsibilities will extend to managing routine station tasks, which include providing accurate tracking updates, meticulous parcel handling, and processing banking for cash-on-delivery transactions. What you'll do

• Organize driver routes using manual or zonal routing methods to optimize delivery sequences.

• Support adherence to Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) compliance where applicable to operations.
• Act as a liaison for addressing operational queries and ensuring clear communication across the team.
• Assist in the resolution of routine logistical issues to minimize disruptions in the delivery chain.

Requirements

• You must be aged between 18 and 45 years old to ensure you meet the legal and operational requirements of the role.
• You are required to possess a minimum qualification of an SPM certificate or a Diploma in any discipline to demonstrate foundational knowledge.
