What you'll do
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs across the entire organization.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract highly qualified candidates for all open positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial job posting through interview coordination and final offer negotiation.
Use various job boards and professional networks to identify high potential talent for the growing company.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and overall cultural fit.
Maintain an organized applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth, efficient, and transparent hiring process.
Collaborate with team members to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring funnel performance, timelines, and conversion rates.
Support employer branding efforts by promoting the company culture and core mission to prospective hires.
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new employees have a positive and productive first experience.
Facilitate campus recruitment events and information sessions to connect with emerging graduates in the region.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is strictly required for this position.
Minimum of two years of hands on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations within a corporate setting.
Proven track record of successfully managing full cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously without compromising quality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse candidate pools and internal hiring teams effectively.
Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is absolutely necessary for daily operations.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while consistently maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated proficiency in using workforce data to drive hiring decisions and continuously improve overall processes.
High level of discretion and professional integrity when handling sensitive employee information and confidential communications.
Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines consistently.
Nice to have
Prior experience working within the logistics or technology sector is highly valued by the hiring team.
Familiarity with algorithm-based optimisation concepts used in modern supply chain operations is considered a strong benefit.
Bilingual capabilities in English and Vietnamese would be a significant advantage for communicating with local partners.
Experience implementing employer branding campaigns that successfully increased applicant volume over a sustained period of time.
