About the role
You own the end-to-end sales cycle for a defined book of enterprise healthcare accounts, driving new logo wins and multi-year expansion. You are responsible for building and executing account-based strategies that position Nex Health as the critical infrastructure layer for modern healthcare. You will engage complex buying committees across clinical, operational, financial, and technical roles to align executive stakeholders. You run highly consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles that uncover pain and deliver clear ROI through tailored business cases. You coordinate closely with Support Engineers, Account Management, and Revenue Operations to ensure a seamless technical and commercial experience. You forecast pipeline with rigor to maintain predictability and growth in new ARR. You travel approximately 25% of the time to support on-site enterprise initiatives.

What you'll do
Drive new ARR across a defined book of enterprise accounts by winning net new logos and expanding existing strategic relationships from initial engagement through long-term growth.
Build and execute account-based strategies through a predominantly outbound motion, generating your own pipeline without heavy reliance on inbound sources.
Engage complex buying committees that include clinical, operational, financial, and technical executives using a hybrid top-down and bottom-up selling approach.
Construct account-specific ROI models, business cases, and deal strategies that align stakeholders and accelerate executive decision-making.
Run discovery sessions, live demonstrations, and proof-of-value conversations that highlight platform capabilities against specific operational needs.
Coordinate with Support Engineers, Account Managers, and Revenue Operations to present a unified technical and commercial narrative throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline to drive predictable revenue outcomes and informed decision-making.
Travel approximately 25% of the time to support on-site meetings, strategic workshops, and customer initiatives as the enterprise team builds its presence.
Leverage product feedback and customer insights to influence product enhancements and positioning within the healthcare infrastructure market.
Own the commercial negotiation of enterprise agreements in collaboration with legal and finance to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Develop multi-year expansion plans that identify new use cases, stakeholder roles, and growth initiatives within existing customer organizations.
Represent Nex Health at industry conferences, prospecting events, and partner meetings to strengthen brand presence in the enterprise healthcare segment.
Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, case studies, and content that resonate with large healthcare organizations and decision-makers.
Track and report on competitive dynamics, market trends, and win/loss patterns to continuously refine the enterprise sales approach.
Requirements
Bring 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a SaaS environment.
Demonstrate a proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles that involve executive-level sponsors.
Show a hunter mentality where you are comfortable owning outbound prospecting and building pipeline from scratch without waiting for leads.
Possess SaaS sales experience that includes selling into enterprise buying committees and managing long-cycle negotiations.
Maintain stability and consistency in your career history, as we value depth of experience over breadth of roles.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex value propositions for executive audiences.
Have a history of working within healthcare technology, EHR/practice management software, or selling into the DSO/dental market is preferred but not required.

Be prepared to relocate or travel regularly in support of enterprise customer needs and team collaboration.
Nice to have
Experience in healthcare technology, EHR/practice management software, or selling into the Dental Service Organization (DSO) market.
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, API ecosystems, and modern infrastructure platforms.
Background working with large provider groups, health systems, or multi-site healthcare organizations.
Understanding of revenue cycle workflows, payment processing, and patient financial experience in healthcare.
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and forecasting methodologies to manage complex pipelines.
Comfort with agile sales methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in fast-growth technology companies.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in the United States.
Travel is expected to be approximately 25% of the time for on-site customer engagements and team activities.
