What you'll do

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including tax obligations and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management or a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with a track record of driving financial performance improvements.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
