What you'll do

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management or a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with a track record of driving financial performance improvements.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
