What you'll do

• Assist in the planning and execution of digital projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project requirements, timelines, and deliverables, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential risks or issues and proactively addressing them to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Support the development of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Assist in the management of client relationships, acting as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies, identifying areas for enhancement based on project outcomes and team feedback.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital or technology-focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
