What you'll do
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather project requirements, timelines, and deliverables, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential risks or issues and proactively addressing them to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support the development of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Assist in the management of client relationships, acting as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies, identifying areas for enhancement based on project outcomes and team feedback.
- Help prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders, showcasing project progress and outcomes in a clear and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for project launches.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital or technology-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
