What you'll do

1. Lead the design and execution of revenue operations strategies that align with company-wide growth objectives and quarterly targets.

2. Manage and develop a team of revenue operations analysts, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development guidance.

3. Partner with the sales leadership team to analyze pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal velocity across all regions.

4. Own the revenue operations reporting framework, ensuring that dashboards and key performance indicators are accurate and actionable.

5. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to streamline billing processes, revenue recognition, and contract management workflows.

6. Identify inefficiencies in the current revenue processes and propose data-backed solutions to improve productivity and reduce cycle times.

7. Drive the adoption and optimization of CRM platforms and sales tools to ensure data integrity and user compliance.

8. Coordinate with marketing operations to align lead generation efforts with revenue targets and sales capacity planning.

9. Present regular performance reviews and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear business narratives.

10. Oversee the implementation of new revenue operations technologies and manage vendor relationships for tooling and platform solutions.

11. Establish standardized operating procedures for revenue forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting across the organization.

12. Monitor and report on revenue metrics including annual recurring revenue, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value trends.

Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field is required.

2. Seven or more years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related business function.

3. At least three years of people management experience, with a demonstrated record of leading and developing analyst teams.

4. Deep proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, including advanced configuration, reporting, and workflow automation.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets and build compelling business cases from data.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and executive audiences.

7. Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines.

8. A proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across sales, finance, and marketing departments.

9. Demonstrated experience building and maintaining enterprise-level revenue models and forecasting systems.

10. Familiarity with data governance principles and the ability to enforce data quality standards across operational teams.
