About the role
The Regional Channel Marketing Manager owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of partner-led demand generation within their assigned region, translating market insights into actionable plans that drive measurable pipeline growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the local channel ecosystem, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Distributors, AV Integrators, and AV Manufacturers, and how these partners go to market. The hire will act as the critical bridge between marketing, sales, and the partner organization, ensuring alignment on shared goals and outcomes through a business-owner mindset. They will enable partners with the tools and messaging necessary to generate demand on behalf of the company, turning high-level strategy into tangible actions in-market. This is a hands-on role that thrives on in-market presence, rapid execution, and clear communication. The position reports to regional sales leadership and functions as a key growth partner in the channel strategy. This is a US-based remote role.

What you'll do
- Conduct deep regional channel research to map partner types, routes to market, and customer segments specific to the assigned geography.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive regional channel ecosystem map that clarifies partner influence, buying motions, and market dynamics.
- Enable partners with localized campaign assets, messaging frameworks, and value propositions tailored to distinct partner types and regional use cases.
- Partner with Sales to plan, activate, and optimize Marketing Development Fund (MDF) investments that align with regional revenue priorities.
- Own the localization and activation of global partner campaigns to ensure regional relevance, timeliness, and maximum impact.
- Distribute campaign-in-a-box assets, messaging playbooks, and content kits that allow partners to execute demand generation independently.
- Drive partner adoption of marketing programs by removing barriers, clarifying benefits, and tracking engagement metrics continuously.
- Coordinate and support regional partner events, including distributor meetings, partner summits, and trade show presences, ensuring tight sales alignment.
- Serve as the primary regional voice of marketing, communicating global launches, updates, and program changes to the partner community clearly and consistently.
- Collaborate with field sales teams on shared pipeline and revenue goals, ensuring channel activities directly support overall sales objectives.
- Participate in regional sales planning, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and cadence meetings to provide channel marketing insights and updates.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as pipeline contribution, event ROI, partner engagement, and adoption rates to measure success.
- Use data, sales feedback, and partner input to iterate and optimize regional programs, sharing best practices with global stakeholders.
- Reinforce the partner value proposition and program benefits through consistent, compelling messaging that highlights growth opportunities.
- Identify gaps in regional partner coverage and recommend targeted marketing strategies to attract and recruit the right partners.
Requirements
- Possess 7+ years of professional B2B marketing experience, with a significant portion dedicated to channel or partner marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrate a strong, proven understanding of complex partner ecosystems and diverse routes to market, including VAR, integrator, MSP, and distributor models.
- Show a clear history of working closely with field sales teams to develop and pursue shared revenue goals and quotas.
- Have direct experience supporting or executing regional events such as partner summits, distributor meetings, or trade show engagements.
- Exhibit highly refined communication skills, with the ability to translate complex programs into clear, actionable guidance for partners.
- Operate effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic environment while maintaining a high degree of organization and execution discipline.
- Display strong business acumen and the ability to think like a business owner when planning and prioritizing regional initiatives.
- Commit to aligning channel strategies tightly with regional sales priorities, focus areas, and overarching growth targets.
