This position is focused on driving revenue expansion for NETGEAR's portfolio of IP networking, switching, and wireless solutions within the Australian commercial and enterprise sectors. You will own a specific portfolio of strategic partner accounts in Australia, developing and executing plans to increase market penetration and achieve assigned revenue goals. The role demands a proactive and disciplined sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. You will work directly with partners to ensure they are equipped to sell NETGEAR products effectively, aligning their objectives with the company's growth strategy. Key facts
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on channel or partner engagement roles, preferably with a networking vendor or in enterprise networking solutions.
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development, with a proven track record of closing deals and expanding market share.
- Experience managing a channel or partner pipeline, including forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of the Australian market, including key industry sectors, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels within partner organizations.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient, capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time for partner visits, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
- Knowledge of enterprise networking products, including switches, access points, and cloud-managed solutions, is advantageous.

- Provide expert-level product training and enablement to partner teams, ensuring they can articulate value and differentiate offerings.
- Represent NETGEAR at key industry events, trade shows, and partner forums across Australia to strengthen brand presence.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with partners to support profitable growth and customer adoption.
- Resolve partner and customer issues by working closely with internal support and operations teams to ensure timely satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive account insights and activity records in CRM to support accurate reporting and future planning.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, prioritizing high-value activities that drive measurable results.
- Act as an advocate for the partner community within NETGEAR, elevating their needs to internal leadership to influence product and strategy decisions.
