What you'll do
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the French territory, driving the adoption of Netgear's enterprise networking, switching, and wireless product portfolio among channel partners.
Architect and manage a robust sales pipeline through the channel, identifying new opportunities, forecasting revenue, and ensuring the consistent progression of deals from initiation to closure.
Establish and cultivate high-trust relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within strategic channel partner organizations, including C-suite executives and technical architects.
Leverage deep product knowledge to conduct compelling solution presentations and demonstrations that clearly articulate the business value and technical superiority of Netgear solutions.
Analyze complex market dynamics and competitive landscapes to refine sales strategies and position Netgear as the preferred networking partner for enterprise clients in France.
Partner closely with internal teams, including technical support and product management, to resolve partner and customer challenges and ensure seamless integration of Netgear products.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle within the channel, from initial partner engagement and opportunity discovery through negotiation, contract finalization, and successful deal closure.
Utilize CRM systems to maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, forecast updates, and pipeline health, ensuring data accuracy for strategic decision-making.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks in the sales process, negotiating internally within Netgear to secure the resources and approvals needed to win business.
Act as a brand ambassador for Netgear, promoting the company's mission and values while gathering critical market feedback to inform future product development and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, with a strong preference for prior experience in a channel sales capacity within a networking vendor environment.
Demonstrate a proven track record of sales and business development success, characterized by a strong ability to close deals and consistently outperform competitive benchmarks.
Showcase extensive experience in managing a sales channel, including sophisticated pipeline management, meticulous administration, and accurate reporting to senior leadership.
Exhibit an energetic and entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with the ability to build and maintain influential relationships at multiple levels within channel partner organizations, including direct interaction with C-suite executives.
Maintain excellent presentation, analytical, and relationship-building skills that are essential for navigating the complexities of enterprise sales cycles.
Possess a solid understanding of channel partner economics, including the financial dynamics that govern successful partnerships and revenue sharing models.
