Job description
About the role
You will serve as the single-threaded leader for NETGEAR's AV-over-IP portfolio, owning the complete strategy and execution from initial market insights to product lifecycle management. This role demands that you drive market research, define product requirements, and set feature and pricing priorities with data-backed discipline. You will own the end-to-end success of the AV Managed Switch and Pro AV software suite, balancing technical realities against user needs in fast-paced environments. The position is built for someone who thrives with outsized ownership and cuts through ambiguity to deliver results on demanding timelines. You will shape technical architecture, contribute to protocol and integration decisions, and reconcile the needs of engineering, channel partners, and global customers. Executive leadership will rely on you to communicate roadmap vision, product value, and measurable outcomes to global functional leaders.
