About the role

You will own the end-to-end execution of corporate initiatives that directly determine the trajectory of Nest Health as a national platform. You will design and implement the operational frameworks that allow our mission-driven care model to scale reliably across diverse markets. You will partner closely with clinical and revenue leaders to translate complex stakeholder requirements into clear, auditable processes. You will act as the central coordination hub, aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals and removing blockers in real time. You will build the narrative and data backbone that proves our model works and accelerates investment in our vision. You will maintain rigorous ownership of timelines, deliverables, and quality so that the company can move with speed without sacrificing governance. You will proactively identify risks, document learnings, and institutionalize best practices that become the playbook for future growth.

What you'll do

Drive the execution of strategic corporate projects from initial scoping through implementation, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and stakeholder expectations.

Own the development and maintenance of operational playbooks, standard operating procedures, and documentation that keep distributed teams aligned and efficient.

Coordinate cross-functional working sessions, synthesizing input from clinical, product, and revenue teams into clear decisions and action items.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators, translating raw data into dashboards and reports that communicate progress and impact.

Lead structured problem-solving efforts, diagnosing bottlenecks, evaluating alternatives, and implementing solutions that improve workflow reliability.

Manage critical calendars and milestone tracking, ensuring dependencies are visible and contingency plans are activated when necessary.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking operational guidance, escalating complex issues with recommended courses of action.

Implement governance structures for vendor and partner management, including onboarding, performance reviews, and contract compliance checks.

Champion process improvement initiatives that reduce manual effort, eliminate redundant steps, and enhance the employee experience.

Coordinate high-stake communications, drafting executive summaries, project updates, and meeting materials that keep leadership fully informed.

Own risk registers and mitigation plans, monitoring regulatory or operational changes that could impact our programs and adjusting strategy accordingly.

Support the rollout of new capabilities into existing markets and the evaluation of readiness for future geographic or population expansions.

Facilitate retrospective sessions and knowledge transfer activities that capture insights and codify them into reusable resources for the organization.

Act as an operational partner to the clinical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into technically and clinically viable solutions.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-step projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear documentation and communication.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating technical or clinical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences.

Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, aligning priorities, and driving decisions in a matrixed organizational structure.

Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools, including but not limited to document creation, spreadsheets, and presentation software.

A high level of comfort with ambiguity, able to operate effectively when processes are evolving and information is incomplete.

Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and proposing actionable recommendations.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the discipline to prioritize tasks and meet commitments in a distributed work context.

Self-motivated learner who can acquire new tools, systems, and domain knowledge independently and asynchronously.

Nice to have

Experience in healthcare operations, care coordination, or population health management.

Background in value-based care models, prior authorization, or regulatory compliance related to healthcare programs.

Familiarity with data visualization tools or experience building dashboards to track performance metrics.

Previous work in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and ownership in rapidly changing contexts.
