About the role
Neo4j is the graph intelligence platform that transforms data into knowledge to power the next generation of intelligent applications and AI systems. This role owns the end-to-end web strategy and user experience for Neo4j's global digital ecosystem, defining how the website evolves as a dynamic growth engine. The Senior Manager, Web will blend strategic vision with hands-on execution to ensure the website delivers a cohesive, high-performing experience that advances brand equity, engagement, and conversion goals. You will partner cross-functionally to align digital initiatives with business objectives and act as the key liaison between digital, marketing, product, and operations teams. Using data-driven insights, you will develop and own the overarching web strategy, covering architecture, navigation, content structure, and UX best practices. You will also present strategy and results to stakeholders and leadership, articulating rationale, performance, and recommendations to drive organizational alignment.

What you'll do
Develop and own the overarching web strategy that aligns with Neo4j's marketing and business goals, encompassing web architecture, navigation, content structure, and UX best practices.
Ensure consistency and continuity in design, layout, and messaging across all pages and regions within the global digital ecosystem.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging digital trends, innovative approaches, and opportunities to enhance Neo4j's online presence and user experience.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Design, Operations, and Regional Marketing to align web priorities with overarching business objectives and go-to-market strategies.
Present strategy and results to stakeholders and leadership, using data to articulate rationale, performance insights, and actionable recommendations for web initiatives.
Serve as the key liaison between digital, marketing, and product teams, balancing business needs, brand integrity, and user experience in all web decisions.
Lead end-to-end management of web-related projects and initiatives, driving work from intake and planning through execution, launch, and post-launch review.
Oversee project pipelines and dependencies, ensuring all stakeholders provide necessary inputs, assets, and approvals in a timely manner.
Manage timelines, scope, and deliverables for web projects, maintaining transparency through effective communication, status reporting, and documentation.
Champion operational excellence within the digital team by optimizing workflows, standardizing processes, and implementing tools that improve efficiency and scalability.
Leverage web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and Data Studio to monitor site performance, engagement, conversion, and user behavior trends.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on analytics insights, conducting ongoing testing and optimization to enhance the user journey and meet business KPIs.
Collaborate with design and product teams to translate business requirements into digital experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with Neo4j's brand standards.
Own governance of web content and architecture to ensure information accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistency across regions and campaigns.
Requirements
Demonstrate experience developing and executing web strategy in a complex, B2B, enterprise environment.
Showcase a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders while delivering high-impact digital initiatives on schedule.
Bring expertise in web analytics, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making to inform strategy and optimize digital experiences.
Possess strong project management skills, with hands-on experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing dependencies across teams.
Have a deep understanding of UX principles, web architecture, and content structure to guide the design and usability of digital products.
Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and influence without direct authority.
Show strong collaboration skills, thriving in cross-functional environments and aligning diverse teams around shared digital objectives.
Have experience working with content, design, and regional teams to ensure cohesive digital experiences at scale.
Nice to have
Experience with graph databases, knowledge graphs, or related technologies in a B2B context.
Familiarity with Neo4j products, graph concepts, or relevant developer ecosystems.
Experience in regulated industries or with compliance-sensitive digital experiences.

This is a full-time position.
Employees must be physically able to travel when required and to attend meetings in various locations.
