You will own the expansion of Neo4j's footprint within the Australia & New Zealand market, acting as the primary strategic advisor to enterprise organizations on how graph intelligence solves complex data connectivity challenges. You will quarterback complex sales cycles from initial land to strategic expand, aligning technical capabilities with high-value business outcomes for mission-critical use cases. You will blend enterprise sales strategy, deep market knowledge, and ecosystem collaboration to establish Neo4j as an indispensable component of modern data architectures. You will translate the power of the graph into clear business value for C-level stakeholders, driving adoption across high-potential accounts. You will leverage Neo4j's ecosystem of partners and community to amplify reach and credibility within your territory. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity creation and pipeline management to deal execution and customer expansion. You will act as the internal champion for customer success, ensuring that solutions deliver the promised outcomes that fuel long-term growth.

Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Pre-Sales to build technical business cases that align solution fit with measurable ROI.
Manage multi-threaded relationships with executive sponsors and technical influencers, maintaining momentum through complex procurement processes.
Own end-to-end pipeline generation and conversion, forecasting revenue, and ensuring precise pipeline hygiene in accordance with CRM standards.
Partner with Field Marketing to co-create targeted campaigns that position Neo4j as the indispensable layer for AI, fraud detection, and recommendation engines.
Coordinate proof-of-concept initiatives that validate scalability, performance, and operational fit within the customer's existing technology landscape.
Negotiate commercial terms and champion adoption strategies that expand wallet share through upsell and cross-sell motions.
Provide structured feedback from customer interactions to inform product positioning, competitive differentiation, and roadmap priorities.
Represent Neo4j at industry events, analyst briefings, and partner forums to elevate brand authority and generate strategic demand.
Leverage data and insights to prioritize accounts, refine messaging, and optimize engagement strategies based on win/loss patterns.
Act as a thought leader within the market by contributing to reference designs, best practices, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates advanced professional capability.
You bring 7 years of experience meeting or exceeding quotas selling technical solutions and enterprise software products in complex environments.
You have a proven track record of executing complex enterprise sales cycles using structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC, consultative selling, or value selling.
You have experience presenting to and managing relationships with C-level executives across multiple stakeholder types.
You can communicate effectively across both business and technical stakeholders, translating intricate concepts into clear strategic narratives.
You hold a strong conviction and architectural understanding of where graph solutions deliver distinct competitive advantages over alternative database approaches.
You have experience selling data platforms, information management tools, NoSQL, or relational databases, preferably into the Financial Services sector.
You are familiar with commercial open-source software business models, including selling subscriptions for on-premise, hybrid, and cloud deployments.
You have deep knowledge of the broader data landscape, including cloud provider ecosystems such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, as well as ETL and Generative AI integrations.
You have a proven track record in an agile, high-growth software environment, effectively leveraging dedicated cross-functional resources including BDRs, Field Marketing, and Pre-Sales.

Experience selling into highly regulated industries with strict compliance and governance requirements.
