What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that align with our business objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and strategies for product development and enhancement.
• Contribute to the design and development of software applications, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance.
• Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our products competitive and relevant.
• Help maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals.
• Support the onboarding process for new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices in software development.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, with a solid understanding of object-oriented principles.
• Experience with modern frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, or Django.
• Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• A passion for technology and a desire to stay current with industry advancements.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience working with designers to create user-friendly applications.
• Previous experience in a startup environment or fast-paced tech company.
• Multilingual skills, particularly in Swedish or other European languages, are a bonus.
