EōS Fitness is seeking a General Manager to own the full operational and financial performance of a new club opening in Las Vegas. This leader is responsible for translating the brand's Core Purpose into daily actions that drive membership growth and member retention. The hire will develop and execute sales strategies, manage revenue targets, and cultivate a culture rooted in the company values of personal responsibility, optimism, and teamwork. They will build a team of leaders who embody the mission to create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. This role requires a passion for fitness, a results-driven history, and the ability to motivate clients and staff under pressure. The General Manager ensures all processes align with compliance, safety, and brand standards while fostering an upbeat, challenging environment. Key facts
What you'll do
Establish membership and revenue targets while monitoring key performance indicators to guide strategic adjustments.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff members, including Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants, to ensure coverage and excellence.
Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly so that every team member understands their roles and responsibilities.
Analyze performance data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve membership retention and generate new sign-ups.
Provide constructive feedback to staff using clear and specific language that highlights strengths and areas for improvement.
Engage with members in a friendly and approachable way, listening actively to their needs and responding with helpful, accurate information.
Address member concerns or complaints promptly, managing inquiries and resolving issues to protect high service standards.
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain current certifications, and implement safety protocols consistently.
Supervise the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas, to protect the member experience.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage budgets, resolve operational issues, and uphold brand standards.
In emergencies or unexpected disruptions, communicate calmly and clearly to staff and members, providing instructions and updates for safety.
Support marketing and community initiatives that strengthen the brand presence and deepen connections with the local population.
Develop and mentor a team of leaders who can sustain performance and culture in the absence of direct oversight.
Track market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning, offerings, and service differentiation for the new gym.
Promote the Core Values in every decision, ensuring that actions reflect optimism, personal responsibility, teamwork, and a drive to win.
Requirements
Must successfully pass a background check prior to employment.
CPR certification is required within 30 days of hire.
Must be able to work in a gym setting, moving about club floors and rooms while communicating effectively with employees, members, and the public.
Must have the ability to access and operate the Company computer system for preparing documents, entering data, and reading reports from databases or email.
Must be able to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs safely and consistently.
Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with internal teams, management, and vendors.
Must possess excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with people at all levels and across functions.
Must show strong detail orientation, a systematic approach to problem solving, and solid time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Must have proficient MS Office skills to support administrative and reporting responsibilities.

Must have 2 years of prior sales management experience to ensure readiness for revenue and team leadership.
Must have 3 to 4 years of customer service experience to handle member inquiries and operational challenges.
