What you'll do
Design intake systems that capture member needs and smoothly move prospects through trial experiences.
Construct daily schedules and workflows that balance coverage, safety rules, and sales opportunities for every shift.
Review performance dashboards to spot trends, then adjust tactics so retention and new signups improve month by month.
Ship consistent service moments by coaching staff on communication standards and problem solving during busy hours.
Partner with marketing and local businesses on events that connect EōS Fitness with the community around S 24th St.
Champion safety protocols so equipment, locker rooms, and common areas stay clean, organized, and compliant.
Guide team development through training, feedback, and scheduling that supports Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants.
Crisis manage emergencies by staying calm, sharing clear instructions, and protecting member well-being at every turn.
Own the end to end member experience, ensuring that each interaction reflects the standards and values of the brand.
Drive results by setting clear goals, tracking progress, and holding yourself and your team accountable for outcomes.
Identify opportunities to innovate within the gym environment and propose improvements that enhance member satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross functional partners to align gym operations with broader company initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to membership, attendance, and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
Act as the operational owner on site, making decisions that protect the member experience and support team success.
Requirements
You bring two years of sales management background and three to four years serving customers in dynamic settings.
You show a strong interest in fitness, communicate clearly in writing and speech, and build influence across all levels.
You handle detail oriented work, solve problems methodically, and keep excellent records using MS Office tools.
You can lift over 40 pounds while bending routinely, moving through club floors, and assisting members during classes.
You pass a background check and earn CPR certification within 30 days of starting at EōS Fitness.
You thrive in a gym setting, moving freely across rooms while talking with staff, members, and visitors.
You demonstrate reliability and punctuality, showing up prepared to perform your duties every day.
You maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects well on EōS Fitness at all times.
You respect the policies and procedures of the company and ensure that your team does the same.
You are willing to work the schedule required for the opening phase, which may include evenings and weekends.
You use sound judgment in handling confidential member and team information at all times.
