What you'll do

• Design and implement CRM solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our business and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop custom modules and features within the CRM platform to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of CRM applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain optimal operations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for CRM systems, including user guides and technical specifications.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the CRM tools effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRM technology, recommending improvements and innovations as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party applications and services with our CRM system.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in CRM functionality and user engagement.
• Assist in the development of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer retention and loyalty through effective CRM practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM development, with a strong focus on platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, with a solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with database management systems, particularly SQL, and familiarity with data modeling concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM integration projects, particularly with marketing automation tools and e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices, particularly in relation to customer data management.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, providing insights into user needs and expectations.
• Certification in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
