About the role
n8n is on the lookout for a Senior Partnerships Manager to enhance our Service Partner ecosystem throughout Southern Europe. This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of partnerships with consulting firms and systems integrators based in the region. The hire will act as the primary liaison between n8n and the partner organization, ensuring alignment on goals and mutual success metrics. You will be responsible for translating the company vision into tangible partner outcomes and revenue growth across Southern Europe. Your work will directly amplify n8n's footprint and revenue in this dynamic and growing market segment. You will own the narrative of partnership success internally and externally, ensuring that every interaction reinforces the n8n brand. This position requires a proactive mindset to identify gaps and opportunities in the partner ecosystem. Ultimately, you will own the commercial results and strategic direction of your assigned partner portfolio in the region.

What you'll do
Analyze the regional partner landscape to prioritize firms that align with n8n's strategic market goals and growth initiatives.
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding, enablement, and certification programs tailored specifically for service partners to accelerate their proficiency.
Assist partners in developing their expertise in n8n and creating relevant, high-value service offerings that meet market demand.
Produce essential resources such as playbooks, templates, and operational guides to facilitate partners in scaling their operations effectively and consistently.
Monitor and manage partner-sourced and partner-influenced sales pipelines throughout Southern Europe to ensure robust revenue forecasting and attainment.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and marketing, to ensure alignment, support, and cohesive execution of joint initiatives.
Formulate joint account plans and co-selling strategies with key strategic partners to unlock new opportunities and penetrate existing accounts deeply.
Organize and execute collaborative campaigns, webinars, and events with partners to drive engagement, generate leads, and strengthen relationships.
Serve as an internal champion for partners, relaying feedback to enhance programs, processes, and product offerings in a continuous improvement loop.
Evaluate partner performance using defined metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize the partnership strategy and ROI.
Develop competitive intelligence reports on partner activities and market positioning to inform strategic decisions and adjustments.
Coordinate cross-functional support for complex partner-led initiatives, ensuring timely resolution of escalations and blockers.
Establish clear communication rhythms and governance models with partners to maintain transparency and accountability.
Identify and nurture emerging partners with high potential to become strategic extensions of the n8n sales and delivery network.
Drive the adoption of n8n's APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and AI capabilities within partner solution architectures.
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or sales within rapidly growing SaaS or technology firms.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with service partners as a quota-carrying contributor in a relevant capacity.
Proficiency in both French and English for effective commercial negotiations, presentations, and executive communications.
In-depth understanding of the French technology and consulting landscape, with a well-established network or proven experience in the region.
Proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and scaling consulting, agency, or systems integration partners successfully.
Experience managing partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets and achieving significant commercial outcomes in a B2B environment.
Ability to excel in fast-paced technology environments, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in ambiguous and dynamic situations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build trust, influence various stakeholders, and maintain strong working relationships.
Comfort discussing APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and the evolving AI landscape with technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for creating innovative programs and processes from the ground up, employing a hands-on, data-driven, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, KPIs, and financial models to assess partner health and growth potential accurately.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and collaboration in all partner interactions.
Willingness to travel within Europe for partner meetings, industry events, and strategic workshops as required by business needs.
Adaptability to shifting priorities and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or deadlines.

Experience in supporting partner-involved deals ranging from €100K to €500K in value across Southern Europe.
Familiarity with regional go-to-market strategies, partner sales enablement techniques, and field collaboration practices.
Knowledge of industries such as iPaaS, workflow automation, AI, and developer tools within the context of partner ecosystems.
Background in working with systems integrators on complex software implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients.
Existing connections with influential consulting firms, boutique systems integrators, or digital agencies in the Southern European region.
