- Hit demanding activity and conversion KPIs by managing a high volume of leads without compromising on customer care.
- Respond to customer inquiries at every step of the journey, turning transactions into long-term advocacy and trust.
- Maintain expert knowledge of product rules and compliance requirements by completing all necessary training and accreditations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to share feedback and contribute ideas that enhance our sales playbooks.

Requirements
- You must have current eligibility to live and work in Australia without sponsorship for this role.
- You must possess a valid driver's license and be able to meet the requirements for holding a financier and insurance accreditation.
- You must have experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, or consumer finance sales within a vehicle leasing or financial services environment.
- You must demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- You must have confident sales and presentation skills that allow you to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- You must be able to quickly build rapport and explain financial concepts in a clear, simple manner to diverse audiences.
- You must show an ability to manage a busy sales pipeline and high lead volumes while maintaining strict data discipline.
- You must have strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills to ensure quality in every task.
