What you'll do

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or managed services role, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to operating systems, networking, and applications.
- Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or VMware.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
