We are seeking an Implementation Engineer to join the Bazaarvoice Content & Creators (C&C) Technical Services team in Belfast. This role is central to closing the gap between brands and consumers by enabling trustworthy, inspiring content at scale. As an Implementation Engineer, you will architect and execute technical implementations for enterprise clients worldwide. The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the Belfast office, and candidates must hold current authorization to work in the UK without sponsorship, with a right to permanently remain and settle in the UK.
What you'll do

You will design and configure Bazaarvoice C&C products to align with client-specific business rules, workflows, and compliance standards. You will develop and maintain robust API integrations between Bazaarvoice platforms and third-party retail, social, and search systems. You will perform in-depth analysis of system logs and data traces to isolate root causes of performance or synchronization issues. You will implement automated testing procedures to validate integrations and ensure ongoing stability of client environments. You will collaborate with engineering squads to translate client feedback into actionable product improvements and configuration templates. You will lead the migration of client data and configurations between environments, ensuring integrity and adherence to governance policies. You will provide technical guidance to client teams during user acceptance testing and rollout phases of new implementations. You will monitor integration health post-launch and establish alerting mechanisms for critical failures or data anomalies. You will champion the adoption of new Bazaarvoice features and capabilities that enhance the smart shopping experience for end consumers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must meet specific educational, technical, and experiential criteria. You possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field. You hold current authorization to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship, with a right to permanently remain and settle in the UK. You have accumulated at least five years of experience in technical services, implementation, or professional services within the technology sector. You demonstrate advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming or scripting language such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby. You have a proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrating multiple software systems.
