This position requires a hands-on leader who owns the entire revenue motion for Mutiny from initial customer contact through long-term retention and expansion. The hire will construct the foundational AI infrastructure that allows GTM teams to operate with machine-like precision and learn from every successful interaction. You will architect and manage the systems that turn raw data into predictable revenue outcomes while establishing the operational playbook for the organization. This role demands a rare combination of strategic vision and operational excellence to build processes that compound over time. You will be responsible for hiring and developing the best GTM professionals in the market to execute this vision. The position involves shaping the public narrative and category definition of AI-powered revenue tools. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to build a durable and scalable growth engine.

What you'll do
Establish a repeatable demand generation system that identifies high-intent prospects and converts them into qualified pipeline.
Architect the agent-powered growth stack that integrates marketing automation, sales intelligence, and customer success workflows into a unified platform.
Design and implement pricing models and evaluation frameworks that optimize for both conversion rate and long-term customer health.
Own the end-to-end customer journey from first touch through adoption, ensuring seamless onboarding and high expansion revenue.
Analyze complex conversion data to identify friction points and deploy iterative improvements that enhance the user experience.
Build cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and target account execution.
Develop rigorous testing methodologies for all GTM initiatives to validate hypotheses and maximize return on experimental investments.
Create enablement content and training programs that equip the sales force with the tools needed to succeed in an AI-driven environment.
Establish performance benchmarks and key outcome metrics that provide clear visibility into the efficiency of the revenue organization.
Champion the product internally and externally by using it daily to understand pain points and validate new feature investments.
Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing GTM team that can operate autonomously while adhering to strict revenue targets.
Define the category narrative and positioning that differentiates Mutiny in a crowded market of AI GTM solutions.
Oversee budget allocation and resource planning to ensure optimal utilization of capital across all growth initiatives.
Drive the integration of customer feedback into the product roadmap to ensure the platform evolves with market needs.
Requirements
You must possess a proven track record of building demand generation engines from the ground up in a B2B environment.
You have direct experience operating in a fast-paced startup environment where ambiguity is the default condition.
A minimum of ten years of progressive responsibility in sales, marketing, or GTM leadership roles is mandatory.
You must have deep expertise in SaaS metrics, specifically in calculating and optimizing CAC, LTV, and payback periods.
Demonstrated ability to read and write SQL queries to analyze complex datasets is a strict requirement for this position.
You must have managed a P&L of at least five million dollars in previous roles to prove financial acumen.
Experience with AI tooling and automation platforms is non-negotiable given the nature of the product.
You must be willing to work exclusively from our New York City office five days per week without exception.

A background in building and scaling consumer-facing products that rely on network effects.
Practical notes
This is a full-time commitment requiring five days of in-office presence in New York City.
The role is not eligible for remote work or hybrid arrangements under any circumstances.
