You will act as the main point of contact, guiding customers through negotiations and finalizing deals with verified dealers across the UK. What you'll do
- Serve as the trusted expert for car sellers, providing comprehensive support and advice during the post-auction process to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Take the lead on negotiations between sellers and dealers, leveraging your communication skills to secure fair and competitive deals for both parties.
- Work proactively with your team to meet and exceed sales targets, improve conversion rates, and uphold high quality standards in every customer interaction.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Management teams to ensure that sellers and dealers are aligned, addressing any issues that arise and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in testing new platform features by providing honest, constructive feedback based on your customer interactions, helping shape the future of the platform.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring customer loyalty.
- Manage a pipeline of customer interactions, including follow-ups and updates, to keep the sales process moving efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, negotiations, and outcomes within the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve your performance and customer experience.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and suggestions based on your frontline experience.
- Celebrate successes with customers, creating a positive and engaging environment that encourages repeat business and referrals.
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions, sharing knowledge and learning from colleagues to enhance overall team performance.

Practical notes
- The role is based on-site at our office in Brighton.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:45am to 5:30pm.
- The starting salary is £26,000, with additional commission opportunities leading to an OTE of approximately £36,500.
