About the role
You are the primary point of contact for enterprise lease customers guiding them through the full return and inspection journey. You own the end-to-end operational experience from initial vehicle appraisal to final sale readiness and post-sale support. You conduct customer calls to verify identity, review inspections, and confirm eligibility while setting clear expectations around next steps. You gather and validate vehicle details including mileage, service history, condition, and inspection photos to prepare vehicles for auction. You explain inspection outcomes, indicative charges, and collection processes in a concise, professional, and confident manner. You coordinate collections by capturing preferred dates, confirming logistics, and ensuring all transport details are accurately recorded in systems. You move vehicles through every operational stage, managing enquiries, sale readiness, and invoice creation while ensuring accurate handover to dealers. You maintain strict operational accuracy by keeping trackers and dashboards fully up to date to meet quality, compliance, and SLA standards.

What you'll do
- Enterprise Customer Contact: act as the main point of contact for enterprise lease customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp throughout the return process.
- Customer Calls: conduct structured customer calls to verify identity, review vehicle inspections, confirm eligibility, and outline next steps clearly.
- Manage Vehicle Profiling: gather and validate vehicle details such as mileage, service history, condition, and inspection photos to prepare vehicles for sale.
- Set Expectations Clearly: communicate inspection results, indicative charges, and collection procedures in a concise, professional, and reassuring way.
- Coordinate Collections: capture preferred collection dates, confirm transport logistics, and record all details accurately to ensure smooth operations.
- Process Vehicles End to End: guide vehicles through onboarding, enquiry creation, sale readiness, post-sale support, and invoice generation with precise handover.
- Handle Post Sale Queries: generate and share damage reports, answer customer questions, and provide timely updates after the sale concludes.
- Maintain Operational Accuracy: update systems, trackers, and dashboards to uphold quality standards, compliance requirements, and SLA targets.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: work closely with Transport, B2B Sales Specialist, and Strategic Account teams to deliver a seamless joined-up experience.
- Achieve Performance Targets: meet quality, productivity, and customer experience targets by consistently applying defined enterprise processes.
- Support Auction Readiness: ensure all vehicle documentation and status are current and accurate for fast, reliable dealer access and sale progression.
- Act as a Process Guardian: identify process gaps, escalate when necessary, and contribute to continuous improvements in the enterprise workflow.
Requirements
- You are confident speaking with customers and dealers on the phone, via email, and on WhatsApp.
- You are calm, professional, and clear when handling structured processes or sensitive conversations.
- You are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple workflows across systems and trackers.
- You are a quick learner who applies guidelines confidently and knows when to escalate issues appropriately.
- You enjoy working collaboratively within a fast-paced, ambitious team environment focused on operational excellence.
- You have strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to ensuring accuracy in every interaction.
- You communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, at a level expected in a professional operations role.
- You are available to work full-time hours in Brighton during our core operating schedule as required by the business.

- Experience in a customer-facing or operations role within a fast-paced, regulated, or automotive environment.
- Familiarity with auction-based sales processes or vehicle valuation methodologies.
- Comfort working with internal dashboards, trackers, and CRM systems to monitor performance metrics.
- An understanding of logistics and transport coordination within a vehicle remarketing context.
