About the role
The owns the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives that support the company mission of connecting, motivating, and empowering people in the healthcare ecosystem. This role requires bringing creativity and personal marketing expertise to build and coordinate integrated tactics that span digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate serves as a strong business-to-business writer and content strategist who leverages deep market and competitive insights to position Momentum's messaging for maximum impact. The position involves owning a content calendar and ensuring that all content, from sales aids to social posts, aligns with campaign goals and brand standards. The Marketing Manager will also act as a key project manager for sponsor and speaker activities, coordinating assets and materials to fulfill event commitments. This role bridges strategic positioning with tactical execution to drive engagement and support improved health and business outcomes.

What you'll do
Develop and project manage the deployment of brand content across content types to achieve campaign goals, providing input from expertise to align tactics with strategy.
Own and manage the creation of articles, whitepapers, reports, case studies, social posts, and other marketing materials that support Momentum Life Sciences' positioning.
Create and independently manage a robust social media content calendar, including coverage of corporate initiatives, culture posts, campaign posts, and brand posts.
Utilize Canva to create polished, well-designed, and on-brand images for social posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Translate market positioning and value proposition into highly compelling sales collateral such as one-pagers, brochures, and slides that align with customer needs.
Serve as primary contact to track and action event coordination communications with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Liaise with sales teams to inform and update on logistics information from vendors and ensure alignment between marketing materials and sales requirements.
Order booth supplies from the inventory management platform to provide swag, booth hardware, and other event materials as needed.
Track and remit marketing deliverables needed leading up to events and manage pre- and post-event promotion as part of the overall campaign strategy.
Track swag inventory in the inventory management platform and recommend restock or new items based on usage and campaign needs.
Own relationship management with trade publications to pitch or vet paid article opportunities that support Momentum's thought leadership goals.
Develop content that demonstrates a keen understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to position messaging within these contexts for maximum impact.
Support the creation of evidence-based, personalized, human and digital interventions through content that reflects the patient and healthcare professional engagement platform.
Ensure all marketing initiatives are executed with efficiency and consistency, enabling the company to deliver solutions that help patients achieve a better start and longer stay on therapy.
Requirements
Candidates must bring a strong background in business-to-business writing and demonstrate expertise in managing a content calendar that supports multi-channel marketing initiatives.
You should possess a keen understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to inform messaging and positioning strategies.
You must be comfortable using digital advertising, digital PR, and campaign management best practices to plan and optimize marketing programs.
Experience in sales support is essential, including the ability to translate complex value propositions into clear and persuasive sales collateral.
You should have proven experience in event planning and management, particularly within the healthcare or life science sectors.
Strong project management skills are required to coordinate multiple deliverables, meet deadlines, and manage relationships with trade publications and vendors.
You must be proficient in tools such as Canva for creating on-brand visuals and comfortable managing content across social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
A background in patient engagement and Clinical Nurse Educator platforms is highly relevant and aligns with the core mission of connecting and empowering people around their health.
Nice to have
Preferred candidates will have prior experience working with life science companies or healthcare-focused marketing teams.
Experience with sponsor and speaker event management, including tracking and remitting marketing deliverables, is a strong advantage.
