About the role
As a , you will serve as a vital technical consultant for our enterprise clients, guiding them through the entire journey from initial proof of concept to long-term integration of our analytics platform. This position is essential for connecting business objectives with technical implementation, ensuring that our customers realize tangible returns on their investments. You will work closely with various internal teams to oversee complex implementations, manage data governance, and develop effective change management strategies tailored for high-value accounts.

What you'll do
- Act as the main technical advisor for clients, focusing on data architecture, instrumentation, and governance strategies.
- Lead onboarding initiatives and ensure the ongoing health of data for key accounts.
- Effectively communicate technical requirements and the associated business value to a diverse range of stakeholders, from developers to CIOs.
- Promote product adoption within large organizations by implementing change management practices and conducting training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to prioritize client requirements and suggest system enhancements.
- Deliver technical services, including data optimization and seamless platform integrations.
- Manage project scopes, timelines, and technical challenges to consistently achieve desired business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Analyze client feedback to inform product improvements and service offerings.
- Create detailed documentation of processes and best practices to support ongoing client success.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our analytics tools effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions that drive their success.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in solutions architecture, customer success, or a related field within professional services.
- Demonstrated success in defining and delivering measurable ROI through software implementations.
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders to align technical strategies with broader business objectives.
- Strong skills in data querying, modeling, and transformation, utilizing tools such as SQL, dbt, or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehousing solutions, including Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of product analytics implementation techniques, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Software Development Kits (SDKs), event streaming, and reverse ETL processes.
- Proven ability to manage intricate projects that involve multiple departments and various stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Background in software development or engineering principles.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in analytics.

- Expertise in data architecture and governance principles.

The total target compensation for this role is based on market benchmarks for the San Francisco Bay Area Technology sector, as sourced from Radford, and is subject to biannual reviews. This position is eligible for equity options, as well as comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance.
