What you'll do

Lead the planning and implementation of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with Miquido's strategic objectives and client expectations.
Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, adapting as necessary to meet changing project needs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance specialists, to ensure project execution and communication.
Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to allocated resources, while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and foster collaboration among team members.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, maintaining a high level of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future projects.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative practices into project management methodologies.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or software development sectors.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) being a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members alike.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, to facilitate project tracking and collaboration.

Nice to have

Familiarity with software development processes and technologies, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
Experience in managing remote teams and navigating the challenges of distributed project execution.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and design thinking to better collaborate with design teams.
Previous experience in a client-facing role, enhancing your ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Skills & tools

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom) to facilitate communication and documentation.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to track project performance and generate insights.
