What you'll do
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy, translating business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that drive customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely execution of product features.
- Monitor product performance metrics post-launch, utilizing data analytics to inform future product decisions and improvements.
- Facilitate communication between various teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and progress updates.
- Prepare and present product updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, using this information to enhance product offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
