What you'll do

Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy, translating business needs into actionable product requirements.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the industry.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that drive customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely execution of product features.
Monitor product performance metrics post-launch, utilizing data analytics to inform future product decisions and improvements.
Facilitate communication between various teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and progress updates.
Prepare and present product updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, using this information to enhance product offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role within the tech industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Nice to have

Experience in mobile app development or SaaS products.
Familiarity with user experience design principles and methodologies.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Previous experience in a startup environment or fast-growing company.
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Skills & tools

As a , you will be expected to utilize a variety of skills and tools to effectively manage product development. Key skills include strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing software, and customer feedback platforms will be beneficial. You should also be comfortable using collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom to facilitate communication across teams.
