What you'll do

You will lead discovery intake sessions to precisely capture learning objectives and map them to specific Mindtickle platform functionalities. The creation of detailed storyboards and visualization frameworks will align directly with established sales workflows and system capabilities. You will refine content drafts to guarantee clarity, accuracy, and strict compliance with client requirements and aggressive project timelines. The delivery of robust learning modules will integrate seamlessly into the Mindtickle platform, ensuring both quality and functional integrity remain intact at every stage. You will collaborate strategically with partners to validate that delivered solutions satisfy strategic revenue enablement objectives and business goals. Translating complex product information and sales methodologies into structured learning paths will facilitate effective user adoption and platform utilization. You will evaluate project progress metrics to identify risks early and proactively modify plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Finally, you will guide clients through implementation best practices, empowering them to manage and iterate on content within the system independently for long-term success.

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in instructional design or a closely related field focused on learning solution development. A proven history of developing content specifically for enterprise sales environments is mandatory for this position. You must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities without compromising quality or deadlines. Fluency with the Mindtickle platform is essential for success, as it is the primary tool for execution and content management. The role requires strict adherence to project timelines and client requirements while maintaining high standards of instructional quality. You must be comfortable working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable learning objectives. The ability to analyze complex information and synthesize it into clear, structured learning experiences is a core competency for this role.
