About the role
Mindtickle is seeking a technical lead to manage our global internal infrastructure and endpoint environments. You will function as the primary escalation point for complex system issues while designing automated, secure workflows for our international workforce. In this capacity, you will serve as the definitive expert who owns the strategy and execution of infrastructure initiatives across regions. You will translate high level business requirements into technical solutions that ensure seamless operations for end users. The role demands a proactive mindset focused on preventing incidents through robust automation and governance. You will partner closely with security and operations to align technology controls with business objectives. Ultimately, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, and scalability of the tools that enable our global teams.

What you'll do
- Function as the primary technical authority for internal infrastructure, resolving advanced L3 escalations with precision and speed.
- Oversee global configurations for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 to ensure consistency and compliance across all locations.
- Administer and scale device management frameworks using Jamf Pro for macOS and Microsoft Intune for Windows to support a hybrid workforce.
- Engineer automated identity provisioning and access governance integrations through Okta and Entra ID, reducing manual touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain user lifecycle automation for onboarding, offboarding, and role transitions to improve accuracy and employee experience.
- Partner with the security team to implement endpoint compliance, conditional access, and threat isolation measures that protect corporate assets.
- Author technical documentation and SOPs to train and mentor junior helpdesk staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Utilize PowerShell and Bash to automate infrastructure processes, optimize workflows, and eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on infrastructure roadmaps.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational metrics and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across endpoints, identities, and network boundaries to minimize downtime and user impact.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage integrations, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards.
- Implement best practices for configuration management, change control, and auditability of infrastructure systems.
- Support the rollout of new technologies and features, ensuring smooth adoption across diverse user groups.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Bring 4 to 8 years of cumulative experience in IT infrastructure, system engineering, and workplace operations in global environments.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and device enrollment profiles for scalable macOS management.
- Show advanced administrative proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including admin centers, APIs, and PowerShell modules.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of IDaaS, SSO, SAML, OIDC, and lifecycle provisioning workflows via Okta or Azure AD.
- Prove proficiency in troubleshooting macOS and Windows environments, including diagnostics, logging, and remediation.
- Demonstrate the ability to write scripts in Bash or PowerShell for automation, error handling, and reporting.
- Display strong understanding of endpoint security principles, compliance frameworks, and data protection practices.
- Communicate effectively in English, with the ability to write clearly and document processes for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Thrive in a fast paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, including security, operations, and human resources.
- Comply with company policies, governance standards, and legal requirements related to information security.
