The organization is expanding its Content as a Service team to meet growing customer needs. The Senior Instructional Designer role is central to this function. You will own the end-to-end experience for client learning initiatives. The position requires equal parts strategy, content creation, and project management. You will drive client learning journeys from initial discovery through final delivery. The role involves owning strategy, assets, and outcomes for revenue enablement. Responsibilities

You will chart intake workflows to clarify objectives, constraints, and success metrics before design begins. This initial phase sets the foundation for all subsequent work. You will coordinate reviews with stakeholders to validate content accuracy and messaging consistency. Maintaining instructional integrity throughout the review process is essential. You will ship learning modules that meet quality standards. You must respect platform limitations and rollout schedules during development.

Partnership with commercial teams ensures that training supports actual deal execution. The goal is to create measurable revenue outcomes. You will translate product updates into learning interventions. This keeps users aligned with evolving solution capabilities. Evaluating learner feedback and performance data allows for refinement of sequences and pacing. You will adjust support materials based on these insights.

Requirements

You hold three to five years of experience in instructional design or related roles. This background provides the necessary foundation for complex projects.
