About the role

You will leverage an existing network of Introducing Brokers to immediately impact revenue targets.
Conducting in-depth analysis of market gaps allows for the design of targeted campaigns that resonate with specific partner audiences.
You will negotiate commercial terms and conditions that align incentives and protect the interests of both parties.
Regular engagement with technology teams ensures that integration issues are resolved without disrupting the client experience.
You will forecast future revenue streams based on current partner activity and market trends.
Collaborating with marketing ensures that localized materials support the sales cycle and adhere to regional regulations.
You will identify and qualify new business opportunities that fit the strategic goals of the MultiBank Group.
Leading workshops and training sessions for partners enhances their capability to sell complex financial products effectively.
You will maintain detailed records of all interactions to ensure continuity and strategic insight into the partnership lifecycle.

Requirements
Experience in business development, partnerships, or IB management within forex / CFD or financial services is required for this position.
An existing network of IBs, affiliates, or partners that can be activated must be available to you.
Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, combined with working English, is necessary for communication.
Strong commercial and relationship-management capabilities are essential for success.
Willingness to travel within the territory for partner meetings is mandatory for this role.
A degree is required to ensure a baseline level of academic and analytical competence.
You must be able to operate independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict compliance standards.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic sales environment is non-negotiable.
Nice to have
An established IB book or portfolio with demonstrable volume is valued for this position.
Familiarity with MT4 / MT5, multi-asset products, and IB commission structures is preferred.
Experience working across both Hong Kong and mainland China markets is advantageous.
