Bilingual Sales Development Representative
Job description
About the role
You own the end-to-end management of inbound patient conversations from initial contact through confirmed appointment booking across a nationwide network of clinics. You diagnose patient symptoms over the phone, translate medical terminology into clear treatment expectations, and navigate complex insurance requirements to eliminate barriers to care. This role demands a consultative mindset where you educate, reassure, and guide individuals struggling with vein disease toward decisive action. You are accountable for maintaining a patient-first tone that balances empathy with the urgency of medical symptoms. Every call you handle directly contributes to the clinic's revenue pipeline and the patient's quality of life. You document each interaction with precision in electronic medical records to ensure continuity of care. Your success is measured by the number of qualified appointments you secure and the satisfaction you deliver to prospective patients. You act as the bridge between the clinical expertise of the physicians and the patient's personal health journey.
