About the role
You will own the full operational performance and strategic growth agenda for a cluster of ten or more Metro Vein Centers clinics across Texas and Arizona, reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations. This role requires you to build and lead a high-performing team of Office Managers, providing hands-on coaching to ensure daily execution excellence and clinic performance. You will partner closely with physicians and clinic leaders to refine clinical workflows, protocols, and key performance indicators, driving improvements in clinical care quality and the patient experience. A critical part of your responsibility involves owning the clinic operations profit and loss statement and working closely with senior leadership to set and achieve ambitious performance goals. You will actively develop, implement, and support a data-driven, standardized operating strategy that scales across all existing and future clinics in your region. The position demands regular extensive travel to various clinic locations to provide direct support, foster a culture of accountability, and ensure consistent operational execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across the organization on major initiatives, project management, and internal communications to align all teams toward shared objectives.

- Travel extensively, approximately seventy-five percent of the week, to various clinics, which may involve frequent flights and overnight stays to provide on-the-ground support.
- Liaise with executive leadership and cross-departmental partners to manage critical projects, launch initiatives, and coordinate communications across the organization.
- Leverage metrics and analytics to identify operational inefficiencies, implement corrective actions, and drive improvements in revenue, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Champion the adoption of best practices in patient care and vein treatment protocols, ensuring clinical and operational standards are consistently met.
- Monitor key performance indicators across the region, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Foster strong working relationships with corporate support functions to ensure seamless integration and resource alignment for clinic success.
- Lead change management initiatives during periods of growth, guiding teams through transitions and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in Texas and Arizona, identifying opportunities for market expansion and competitive positioning.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree, as preference is given to candidates with this academic background.
- Possess a minimum of five years of relevant operations leadership experience, with a strong preference for multi-site environments in provider-based healthcare organizations.
- Demonstrate proven success in managing a multi-site brick and mortar services environment, highlighting hands-on operational expertise.
- Exhibit excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, balancing high emotional intelligence with strong analytical capabilities to lead diverse teams.
