What you'll do

Perform comprehensive lower extremity venous duplex ultrasound examinations to assess venous reflux and anatomical abnormalities.

Conduct post-operative and follow-up vascular scans to monitor treatment success and healing progress.

Maintain strict adherence to scanning protocols while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout every examination.

Accurately document all ultrasound findings and patient information within the designated electronic medical record system.

Travel between multiple clinic locations within the assigned geographic market according to the weekly operational schedule.

Communicate preliminary scan findings and relevant observations to the supervising physician clearly and efficiently.

Support daily patient flow and clinic operations in partnership with physicians, medical assistants, and front desk personnel.

Adapt quickly to varying clinic workflows, equipment, and procedural preferences while upholding high care standards.

Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards for exam rooms and all ultrasound equipment areas.

Deliver consistently compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the entire patient visit and examination process.

Requirements

Active registration as a Vascular Technologist (RVT) from ARDMS, Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) from CCI, or Registered Technologist (RT) from ARRT is mandatory for this position.

Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of hands-on vascular ultrasound scanning experience in a clinical setting.

Demonstrated strong ultrasound scanning skills and meticulous attention to detail are required for accurate diagnostic results.

A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are necessary for traveling between clinic locations.

The ability to stand for extended periods and physically maneuver ultrasound equipment is essential for performing complete examinations.
