What you'll do
Troubleshoot and resolve tickets across every layer of the network stack to keep enterprise networks online and reliable. Manage and support complex customer networks remotely, maintaining clear visibility and control without on-site visits. Identify product bugs and document clear reproduction steps to accelerate engineering fixes. Create well-structured feature requests grounded in real customer needs to guide product roadmap decisions. Shorten resolution time by producing clear documentation. Deliver accurate, responsive results that earn customer trust through consistent technical service.
Requirements
Fluency across wireless, security, WAN/LAN, routing, DNS, and other networking layers as a Swiss Army knife of networking. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to analyze complex problems, then design solutions in fast-changing priority queues. Calm performance under pressure in an environment redefining enterprise networking. Strong written communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teammates and customers. Commitment to improving the network experience for every customer by delivering reliable solutions. Ownership mindset, including building deep technical expertise and sharing knowledge to elevate the entire support team.
