Operations
Job description
About the role
This position owns the core operational workflow that keeps Meter's deployment engine running smoothly from request to completion. You will process structured work requests with precision and speed, ensuring every task meets defined service levels without constant supervision. The role requires you to act as the central hub where information converges and decisions are validated before flowing downstream. You will build trust by delivering outputs that are consistently accurate, documented, and ready for action. Success means the teams relying on you can focus on their own goals without pausing to verify your work. You will handle sensitive conversations with ISPs and partners, balancing technical clarity with patience and sound judgment. Over time, your deep understanding of internet infrastructure will turn routine requests into opportunities for system improvements.

Requirements

You communicate with clarity and care, adjusting your style for different audiences and stakeholders.
You commit to exhausting internal resources and reviewing documentation before escalating any issue or question.
You maintain a strong sense of ownership, checking prior inputs and ruling out easy options before reaching out.

This role is not suitable for individuals who treat "good enough" as an acceptable final standard.
You must be fully available for an in-office schedule that may include nights and weekends to maintain coverage.
