What you'll do
- Oversee the management of service revenue and bookings for your designated client portfolio, focusing on renewals and opportunities for account growth.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers and Specialized Account Executives to uncover and secure new service opportunities within your client base.
- Act as the senior services representative for clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and addressing any concerns that may arise.
- Contribute to pre-sales initiatives by providing insights for project scoping and effort estimation, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals.
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, emphasizing their professional growth and performance enhancement through regular feedback and development plans.
- Monitor the health of projects across your portfolio, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and addressing resource challenges as they occur.
- Work in conjunction with Solution Architects and project managers to uphold delivery standards that align with the EMEA Practice Blueprint, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
- Engage in strategic planning and execution to align the practice's goals with the broader objectives of the organization.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform service offerings and improve overall client experience.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, team performance, and client satisfaction metrics for senior management review.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Requirements
- A solid track record in client-facing roles within the technology services or consulting sectors, demonstrating commercial acumen.
- Proven experience in managing, coaching, and developing high-performing professional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders in complex organizational structures.
- Conceptual understanding of enterprise software solutions, data science, or low-code/no-code platforms, enabling informed discussions with clients.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in management consulting or IT professional services, providing a broader perspective on client needs and market demands.
- Familiarity with cross-regional delivery models or matrix organizations, enhancing your ability to work in diverse teams.
