Staff Front End Engineer
Job description
About the role
You will serve as the front end technical lead for a critical product team, owning the architecture and user experience of our marketplace interfaces. The work involves close collaboration with mobile and backend engineers to ensure that the application is responsive, reliable, and intuitive for both clinicians and administrative users. Your responsibilities will span from high-level design decisions to detailed code quality, always with an eye on scalability and user needs in a high-growth environment. You will translate complex healthcare workflows into coherent, accessible digital interactions that feel effortless to the end user. This role requires a deep commitment to interface performance, accessibility, and polished user interactions across a distributed team. You will define component architectures and interaction models for complex scheduling and matching interfaces that power our core business. The position involves leading the front end strategy for core marketplace features within an agile, cross-functional environment. You will mentor engineers at various levels, fostering a culture of thoughtful code reviews and collaborative problem-solving.
