About the role
You will serve as the operational backbone of our GTM organization, partnering closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to help the business move faster and operate smarter. In this senior level individual contributor role, you will own the design and execution of scalable, AI-powered systems and workflows that drive efficiency and predictability. You will diagnose funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actions to improve velocity, conversion, and forecast accuracy. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational rigor across the revenue engine and define the future of our GTM tech stack. You will own and evolve our enrichment engine and core data infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability. You will support key operational processes including deal desk, onboarding, and day-to-day GTM execution with data-driven insights. You will bring structure to ambiguity by building frameworks, roadmaps, and execution plans that align stakeholders around a common vision.

What you'll do
- Diagnose funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actions to improve velocity, conversion, and forecast predictability using data and qualitative insights.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and operational rigor across the revenue engine while removing blockers for Sales and Marketing teams.
- Define and execute our AI transformation strategy across GTM, including smarter prospecting, automated insights, and Customer Success workflows that amplify team productivity.
- Own and evolve the GTM tech stack across marketing, sales, and post-sales functions, integrating tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Outreach, and Gong into cohesive workflows.
- Improve data quality and operational reliability through automated audits, enrichment workflows, and scalable data governance practices that reduce manual effort.
- Own and optimize our enrichment engine and core GTM data infrastructure to ensure accuracy, freshness, and scalability of critical business data.
- Support key operational processes including deal desk, onboarding, and day-to-day GTM execution with clear playbooks and real-time enablement.
- Partner with Finance and RevOps leadership to design, monitor, and optimize key revenue metrics, KPIs, and forecasting methodologies.
- Drive standardization of sales playbooks and operational workflows, translating best practices into repeatable processes and training materials.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to close the loop between user insights and go-to-market strategies, ensuring feedback drives roadmap decisions.
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline reporting, dashboards, and insights delivery, enabling stakeholders to make faster, evidence-based decisions.
- Implement governance frameworks for data integrity, security, and compliance across GTM systems and user access controls.
- Lead process discovery, mapping, and optimization efforts to streamline complex sales cycles and improve stakeholder experience.
- Design and manage experiments to test new tools, workflows, and strategies, measuring impact on efficiency, quality, and revenue outcomes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on RevOps best practices, mentoring junior team members and elevating the overall capability of the function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or GTM Engineering with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Proven track record managing and optimizing a modern GTM tech stack, including CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and analytics tools across complex sales environments.
- Experience redesigning business processes and leading cross-functional operational transformation initiatives that drive adoption and efficiency.
- Demonstrated success identifying, piloting, and scaling AI and automation use cases within business operations to improve accuracy and speed.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM workflows across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Solutions Architecture, including how they interconnect.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity by building frameworks, roadmaps, and execution plans that align stakeholders and clarify priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly across teams and influence without direct authority.
- Bias for action and continuous improvement - you move quickly, learn fast, and iterate often while maintaining attention to detail and data quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and problems are complex.
- Willingness to deeply understand our product, user research methodology, and customer outcomes to ensure operations align with product value.

- Bonus points for experience with SQL and API integrations that enable automation and deeper analysis of GTM performance.
