About the role
In the capacity of Manager, you will serve as a direct link to the practice leader, undertaking a dual role from day one. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client transformation projects, ensuring quality deliverables, adhering to budgets and timelines, and acting as a direct contact for executives. Additionally, you will play a vital role in the growth of the practice by developing pitches for our services, leading conferences, workshops, and webinars for local executives, identifying new business opportunities, and drafting commercial proposals.

What you'll do
- Lead transformation missions for clients, focusing on the finance function and performance enhancement.
- Conduct diagnostics of financial functions and organize financial information effectively.
- Redesign financial processes, including closing, budgeting, reporting, and transitioning to electronic invoicing.
- Implement management dashboards and decision-making tools, such as Business Intelligence (BI) systems and performance indicators.
- Supervise transitional missions or operational support within financial environments.
- Actively contribute to business development by crafting and presenting pitches for financial transformation services to executives.
- Facilitate conferences, collective workshops, and webinars, while also contributing to publications and speaking engagements for the practice.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in collaboration with partners and audit teams.
- Draft commercial proposals and participate in client presentations to secure new projects.
- Manage and mentor a growing team of consultants, enhancing their skills and competencies.
- Standardize methodologies by creating offer kits, diagnostic templates, and deliverable models.
- Assist in the management of the practice, focusing on staffing, quality assurance, and mission profitability.
- Lead financial diagnostics for public entities and support recovery plans.
- Model financial scenarios, projecting expenses and revenues while identifying operational flexibility.
- Develop budgeting tools and indicators tailored for the public sector.
- Frame performance diagnostics and design target operational models, including organization, processes, and tools.
- Oversee change management initiatives and the adoption of new practices.
- Create strategic diagnostics and transformation plans in collaboration with general management.
- Optimize operational processes and support digital projects, including digital strategies, BI, and collaborative tools.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in consulting, focusing on transformation, performance, or organization, or in transaction services/restructuring, or in operational financial management with a strong project orientation.
- Proven experience in leading projects and managing teams effectively.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, with a history of contributing to the sale of projects through proposals, presentations, and account development.
- A Master's degree from a prestigious engineering or business school, or equivalent postgraduate education; DSCG, DEC, or similar qualifications are appreciated.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
- Strong command of IT and office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools and mid-market ERP systems is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with executives from both private and public sectors.
- Adaptability, a collaborative spirit, and a strong sense of commitment are crucial.
- Familiarity with the economic landscape of the Antilles-Guyana region is preferred; inter-island mobility (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Northern Islands) is required.

Practical notes
- This is a permanent position with a managerial status, offering a salary commensurate with experience and qualifications (fixed + variable components).
- The position is based in either Guadeloupe (Jarry) or Martinique (Le Lamentin), with regular travel required across the Antilles-Guyana region.
- The recruitment process consists of three stages over a maximum of four weeks: an initial discussion with the practice leader, a practical case presented as a pitch, and a final interview with partners.
